The one thing that always catches my attention and why i love this movie, is the cinematography and composition around the chair with the knives - during the interview part everyone is always off to the side. Until the very end when Beniot Blanc sits down at the center while explaining, followed by Martha also sitting in the center - both have the knives all pointed at them and that amount of story telling is just amazing šŸ‘Œ

You guys should watch Princess Principal. It's an anime but I think it's very similar storytelling to this.

@kemasuk

I loved this movie - the actors all killed it.

Idk if you guys watch TV shows but if you do you should watch Veronica Mars, it’s about a teen PI

@LukaLovesDrama
@

Loved this! I absolutely love Knives Out and you guys NEED to react to Glass Onion now!

@GiorgiaRobertson-z9v
@

And notice! Of the four Thrombey's who mention where Marta's from, every single person gives a different answer - Ecuador, Paraguay, and two other wrong options I can't remember (I think Uruguay is one of the wrong options?)

@cinnakincat4260
@

people loved Ransom's sweater so much, they made patterns just from what we see in the movie to recreate. I'm pretty sure even crochet patterns have been made (despite this obviously being knit)
it's on my to-do list too LOL

The other movies on Netflix are also good.

I hope you guys will react to glass onion, and Wake up dead man. Those are also knives out series movies. 😊

Please watch the rest the three movie out at my favorite movie of all time they're so fucking good man

You might really enjoy watching The Residence. It’s another whodunnit that’s similar in tone, and it’s excellent.

THERE'S NO SWORD IN CLUE(DO)!

or a "pistol" for that matter

these guys must be the worst clue players ever if they somehow ended up with 3 suspects 3 weapons and 3 places.

You guys have gotta watch the two sequels they are SO good as well

@MortuaCarneVisuals

Definitely watch the other ones please!

I’m not a nurse, but as someone who works in the science field I always found it kinda uncomfy that she is pushed as a ā€œgood nurseā€; even though she was kinda reckless by not verifying the labels, regardless of her intuitive senses.

@Nikki-jo7gy
@

This is a great movie because it starts as a whodunnit, but then midway through it twists and becomes a howcatchem ala Colombo

@silck52
@

First video I’ve seen from y’all so if you haven’t done Clue yet, please solve that movie

@JanPyt
@

There's a couple other movies in the franchise! At least this one and the last are very good. We dont talk much about the middle one (I like it, but plenty don't).

Benoit calls Marta a good nurse but a good nurse would have checked the labels.

@AuthorGuy1
@

I strongly recommend the anime, The Apothecary Diaries. Mystery, medicine, politics, comedy and death all rolled into one!

@MissAmyNic
@

13:13 Benoit sees the blood on her shoes here.

@Wildcard-Jack-47

i like this one much more than the second movie (haven’t seen the third yet) but i really enjoy the second one sooo much.

@jarofjade
@

33:13 probably exactly the reason they gave him the role🤣

@aaag2361
@

I love this movie and I found it hilarious because the first time I watched it I caught on so many details like Martha turned away, Martha dressed up as Harlan, and the naloxone not being there, but I completely missed that the stash were weed and not cigarettes, or that it was Harlan the one who threw the game off the table and not an earthquake 🫩🫩🫩

@aaag2361
@

52:27 no she's a bad nurse - she gave the wrong medication per the label. Medical personnel don't get to guess the meds based on a hunch, they have to go by the label. I can't believe they wrote that line in the script šŸ˜‚

@rileyp7483
@

The one thing I do wish was that it wasn't Ransom. I wish in the end it was anyone else.

The idea of him being an asshole, arrogant, sumg, conceited, selfish, and yes evil while still being not the killer and "You know what? The old man had moxie and wicked sense of humor. But it was good. All right, he screwed me; I want to see the rest of my family screwed too" being his primary motivation would have just been glorious to watch.

@scaper8
@

I think you'd both really enjoy Glass Onion but ESPECIALLY the newest film, Wake Up Dead Man. It was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I love all of these films to death! Daniel Craig is just so much fun in this role and the cast is always stacked to the gills with stars and interesting character actors. A series of true modern classics, I hope Rian Johnson keeps making more of them!

@liliavacyncosplay
@

Blanc is doing a Columbo on Marta from the moment he spots the blood drop on her shoe.

@donsample1002
@

The best movie in the trilogy imo. But the 3rd and 2nd one is pretty good too

@allier1867
@

I don't know how I'd explain to a detective that sure, it shouldn't take me more than 5 minutes to make a sandwich, but I got so caught up thinking about the most random thing and basically writing an essay in my head, that I paced around my apartment for 20 minutes with a butter knife in my hand. There's like half a dozen similar things I do in a day that would look really suspicious and unbelievable to others in the wrong circumstances. Like, I turn around and walk in the opposite direction all the time because I changed my mind. I guess saying I have autism and ADHD might be enough but it's still harder for many people to relate or believe.

@imaginekudryavka9485

Please please please do Glass Onion and Wake Up Dead Man!! They are so good and so fun

I honestly loved Chris Evans as the bad guy in this movie. I hope he gets to do other villainous roles in the future.

@KSClaw
@

If they liked this movie, while the rest isn't as detail oriented and the 3rd movie is more philosophy, I think them reacting to the other 2 would be good.

Even though I think it's basic observation skill training, I think it's impressive for them to know Harlan was an author before they revealed he was an author.

@vailingbow1068
@

Hope you guys watch the two sequels!

@Arce_Havrek
@

this film (and all the next Benoit films!) has such incredibly smart writing. if you look back at the flashback of Marta giving Harlan his meds, he was talking about how Marta was right and he should have treated his children better LIKE MARTA SAID, etc., which shows that he Does have the habit of not listening to Marta. this tragically leads to his own death because he once again did not listen to Marta. Benoit Blanc even points this out in his monologue, "If he had listened to you and called the ambulance, he would be alive today." and so, we all know the Thrombeys are horrible and actually always disregard Marta; unfortunately, Harlan—though to a lesser extent—isn't exempt from this.

ugh!! such a great film!!!

I do not watch murder mysteries at all, knives out was so funny yet still left me brokenhearted with the reveal
