The Florida house was Orginally Casa Maranello, also known as the Ferrari house. It sold back in 2025 for $55 million, that was a record sale for the area. Howard Panes was trying to buy it but lost out to the current owner. All they’ve done is remove the “Prancing Horse” that was in the fountain and on the roof, changed it to a Stag and rebranded it the “Bond” house and raised the price by $30 million. The original inspiration for the house was Ferrari and Bvlgari, not James Bond.

The street entrance to the Perez Hilton house looks like a self-storage building with electrical boxes stuck on the outside walls. ZERO curb appeal.

@gizzycat-t5qIf by "god" talking to him he means the water level constantly dropping and lake Mead at dangerously low levels and threatening millions of people dependent on Colorado river water.... yeah, I'm sure there will be many more wanting to sell. Can't live without water and they already have water restrictions in place but it's only going to get worse.
