1:49, 2:17 Omni man may have caught metro man off guard at first with his raw power and speed but it's no use since metro man canonically not only has high movement speed and has identical strength to him but also has fast perception speed to see the world in frozen time. Omni Man's Raw Speed in a fight is seriously at a disadvantage without the additional powers like accelerated perception that Metro Man has. Realistically without doubt, Metro Man would be able to move several laps around omni man and attack rapidly before He has a chance to even throw another punch.

The "Metrocity" bit and the way he fought in the beginning made me seriously believe it was Megamind in disguise. Butegamind couldn't have reached those speeds or taken Nolan's punches.
