Westhaven, man that is a SHIT location. Takes you 20 minutes to get to I-65, the other road to Nashville is Hillsboro road which takes u thru the traffic HELL of Green Hills in Nashville. Plus if I live that far out, I don't want to be able to open my window and touch my neighbor's house.

If you get these greedy progressives, out of the real estate market they buy up all the homes jack up the price make it impossible for a working middle class family to afford to live there. Move all the crazy progressives in these neighborhoods where they destroy your childrens mind in the school system and remove God and take away southern hospitality, and your quality of life. 🤨

I'm a recent retiree and just took a trip to check out Clarksville to preview townhomes for sale. Any communities near Nashville you'd recommend in this price range (low- to mid- $200's). A vibrant community (shops, activities) and abundant healthcare are what I'm looking for. Hopefully it's not out of my reach!

If moving to Tennessee try the outlying counties not Davidson. The roads are overcrowded and giant potholes in the pavement (will tare you're auto up.) Cheaper taxes in other counties as well.

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
