Im russian and i was stunned by the word "takov". How can I compare a frequency of use "takov" with "meniatsya" or "podgotovit". Who use this word? Even in the example the most of people will say: "это ваши проблемы"- такой был ответ.

Thank you for the lesson, for highlighting the stress in each word, and for writing in script letters. Additional insights:
1. таков, та-кова, таково, таковы (=such): it is a pronoun.
2. меняться (=to change): it is the imperfective verb from the imperfective/perfective pair меняться/поменяться.
3. подготовить (=to prepare [a report]): is the perfective verb from the pair подготавливать/подготовить.
4. заранее (=in advance) is an adverb. заранее хочу вас поблагодарить is using the perfective verb поблагодарить from the pair благодарить/поблагодарить.
6. наша цель - развиваться и расширяться (=our goal is to develop and expand): the first verb развиваться (=to grow, to develop) is the imperfective verb from the pair развиваться/развиться. The second verb расширяться (=to expand) is the imperfective verb from the pair расширяться/расшириться.
7. сохранить (=to save, to store) is the perfective verb of the pair сохранять/сохранить.
8. мне нечего терять (=I have nothing to lose): here we use the imperfective verb терять (=to lose) from the pair терять/потерять.
10. готовиться (=to prepare oneself) is the imperfective verb from the pair готовиться/приготовиться.
12. доставлять (=to deliver) is the imperfective verb from the pair доставлять/доставить.
14. Ходили слухи, мол, это не их ребёнок (they were rumors saying that this was not their child): here мол is a particle.
15. учитывать (=to take into account) is the imperfective verb from the pair учитывать/учесть.
