1 tbs butter
1 tbs sugar
Mix both together
Add 3x eggs and mix
1 cup of self raising flour
1tsp of baking powder
Mix until soft
Add 2tbsp of milk
1 top Vanilla extract
Put in oven
35mins in oven
Make malai
1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of condensed milk, 1 cup of evaporated milk Add all in jar
Cut sides of cake into square
Add holes in cake with fork
Put malai on cake put in fridge over night
Put whipped cream in piping bag and make design lines
Add pistachios for design

Cake Butter 130grams

Self raising flour 180 grams
Mashallah looks lovely you really deserve it but don’t forget to read Bismillah.
Baking powder 1tea spoon
Eggs 3 large
How you make cream on the cake
Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon
( the one I used have 30% ethanol) please use any other brands if you are looking for non alcoholic vanilla extract.
Sister just to let you know that vanilla extract in this video has alcohol. I used to use it too until I found out. There are vanilla powder sachets that you can get from local Turkish or any Asian shops in the UK - they’re fully halal. This looks so delicious! Can’t wait to try your recipe 🥰

Assalamu alaikum, i just wanted to say that ethanol in vanilla extract is not halal....as its also an alcohol. Non alcoholic vanilla extracts are also easily available but it depends what region your in. Its not a problem if you didnt know but always check as many ownbrands also have ethanol in them. 😅

I just whipped the double cream but you can add 1 table spoon icing sugar & 1 tea spoon of vanilla essence in double cream.**
I used star medium shaped nozzle for decoration**

@waheedashakilSister next time line your tin properly by measuring the baking parchment that way you don't need to cut the edges plus it will cook properly, has your cake is undercooked.
It might be decorated nicely but it needs to be properly baked has it contains eggs
