I just watched the full length movie these clips are from on yt. It's called Johnny got his gun. I paints the picture even worse than on here. The reason Joe has that mask across his face is because his face is gone. It's just a big hole. That's why he can't talk, see or hear. Metallica was introduced to me through this track...we had a party at school.mega speakers playing it..i was 15 bqck in 1994.the solo was like a meteor was about to hit earth..i stood frozen in front of the speakers..i did hear of Metallica earlier but never listned toany of their work.. actually at this point i had no idea what heavy metal was...i remember reaching out to one of class mates and asking about the name of the track ..he answered back ONE but i couldn't hear him coz the speakers wwere freaking loud so u asked again and he was clever enough to point ☝️ with his hand..at that point i knew that i fell in love with Metallica..i learnt all the lyrics by heart...i even went to sleep with the walkman in my ears playing Metallica until i fell asleep..i miss the golden age!!
