@MaryWalsh-h3z1:09 LMAO - That self soothing, controlled exhalation he does, with his tongue interrupting the air flow! ๐My Grandma & Mom do something like it. It's similar to a long exhale/ sigh, to reduce heart rate & make your body feel calm, and a regular sigh (without the tongue part) can be either conscious or not, to calm the parasympathetic nervous system. But the type he does, along with what my Mom & Grandma do are more purposeful/ conscious and is a response to both boredom & a lesser amount of stress, to self soothe and make it not sound like a regular sigh with the tongue thing. Hilarious! ๐
