In a way I agree that the user has a lot to do with what comes out and is responsible for it, as an example if you use any commercial product be it a gun a motor car a hammer and you commit a crime with that object they dont prosecute the manufacturer they prosecute the user.

Great video. This subject is so important I don't even know why only your video talks about this right now. I found out about this yesterday by asking the AI on my browser on what were the results on this lawsuit I was following for weeks. Suno and all these AI companies stealing IP without permission or compensation need to be stopped for good and not have just a slap on the wrist with mediocre fines.

If a song is done, has been a hit, no songwriter wants to exactly copy the melody or lyric; that has never been allowed..(its a pain when u write something then feel its a little similar to something else. . that one goes in the bin. As for production, well thats all A.I can add to an already written song...and everyone's doing the same thing, in each genre from pop to country...thats down to your vision and the style of production u have wriitten your song to be. So; if u write a song and your melody or lyrics sounds like a song thats been a hit, u dump it. I dont see what A.I. can add to songwriting when ur song(melody & lyrics) is finished b4 u touch A.I. Its really just a great and Cost effective way to build your backng track and be your own producer. . You direct it to the genre and style of your vision having uploaded your song; often having to do many takes to get it close to your vision; as u wud with a producer or session performers; who bring something you cant bring; otherwise why wud u hire them.. but they dont own part of your song. They get paid; just as people pay the A.I)
(Now, when you're just using the prompt button..with no input (which i believe real writers arent interested in) thats a totally and utterly different thing. It all needs to be split into 2 very separate camps, or real writers will stop uploading their original songs.)
