I have a lot of people ask me "what made you write Astro ... what is it about?" The art of music is that it means one thing to me but so many other things to other people... for me it was about knowing i was on a journey like an astronaut but I wasn't where I wanted to be... I wanted to be in space... I wanted to do what astronauts do.. me saying im in the ocean means i felt I was somwhere I didn't belong.. but I knew I was close to finding myself as an artist and getting the recognition I wanted from people about my music.. also "whatchu know about rolling down in the deep actually meant what do you know about being down in life and depressed.. i was kind of saying.. have you been similar to me and my down time.. have you been in the rough and the trenches.. some people also say why is the video not in the ocean.. well because I have found my spot in the world.. i know who I am with my music now.. so i'm not in the ocean.. i'm now in space.. where I belong... 2021 gonna be even bigger :) peace

IN THE DEPTH OF THE SEA-C

Many Christians have this wrong belief, which leads them to say:

“The precious blood of Jesus, which washed me clean of all my sins at the moment of my conversion, is no longer truly capable of cleansing me in the same way after my conversion.”

Of course, most of us firmly believe that when we first met Jesus, all our sins, without exception, were cast into the depths of the sea forever.

However, some Christians are less convinced that the sins committed during their Christian life will also be cast into the depths of the sea.

It is somehow, as if after their new birth they can only rely on a blood of Christ that is weaker, less effective, and diluted in water.

I would like to remind you that whatever misconceptions may be circulating, keep an unshakeable faith in the blood shed on the Cross for the forgiveness of all your sins.

Every day, I confess aloud this verse from the book of Isaiah:

“ In love you have delivered my life from the pit of destruction, for you have cast all my sins behind your back.”

It was Paul Tournier, a world-renowned doctor and author of some twenty books, who said:

“The Cross is both the forgiveness of what we are guilty of and the true relief from what we are victims of.”

There is another tendency among some Christians today, which is just as dangerous, namely the belief that says :

“ This sin is so great, so hideous, that confessing it just once cannot be enough.”

Christians who do not have complete confidence in the efficacy of the blood of Christ will often return to God to confess the same sins.

It is like diving to the bottom of the sea to bring a sin back to the surface, and crying out: “Lord, do you see this abominable sin! I have come once again to ask you to forgive me!”

Corrie Ten Boom, a Holocaust survivor and international evangelist, wrote:

"God takes our sins – the past, present and future and dumps them into the sea and puts up a sign that says, NO FISHING ALLOWED."
