Me just finding out today Hoppus wrote a book. Dudes band Of All Things way back in 92' Ridgecrest played on my deck. That house party cemented me as being known as Party on the deck at Stef's aka Stef's Deck Party😂 We had the best teen years growing up with garage bands in Ridgecrest. I'm so happy Mark was successful!

Iv loved this band since I was a kid and always wanted to see them and when they broke up I was devastated thinking il never see them and they got back together and then broke up again I was the same and then to find out they were back my sister bought me tickets to see them in Dublin in 2024 and I was buzzing that’s all I wanted is to see them my sister got me the best present in the world ❤

Guys.. Travis is a great ska drummer, but can we please not forget BUD gaugh from sublime? I mean… come on. He is the reason Travis barker joined blink… he was pressing him to do it. I’m very surprised sublime was not mentioned in this interview either. Not only this, but Travis barker is actually helping brads son, and sublime, with a new album (2025) ..A bit disappointed

Yeah, I'll never forget: my buddy almost dying of alcohol poisoning, was wearing the blink 182 shirt with the rabbit on it. EMT's cut it off, he lived and we framed the shirt ❤ (this was Abt '05)

I'm as big a Blink fan as anyone, been listening to them since their early days but I don't know enough about Scott Raynor - Dude Ranch will always be their best work imo

Blink will forever be my favorite band. Honestly, there isn't even a close second. I am 44, and since the mid 90's they have always been there for me. Always reliable, always real, no matter if times are good or bad. Im able to relate to them as a grown man, yet they still cater heavily to the 18 yr old that lives inside my head. I will always be greatful for this band. It may sound lame or perhaps even sad to some people, but it's tough envisioning my life without these guys. They have meant that much

Mark overcoming his health issues is encouraging and inspirational. Glad he is back strong. Don’t listen to blink really these days but hope they go forever

There are a lot of bands that came up before blink...around the late 80s and early 90s....bands like Lagwagon, Face to Face, Strung out etc. Bands that Blink toured with and took influence from...and Ive never heard Blink nor any interviewers ask about that connection or era in general. Kind of a let down, as I grew up idolizing those bands. Blink, in the 90s werent considered cool.

As a stepdad with a musician stepson (incredibly talented), that's not going to college right now and has those loser friends meetups where they just write songs and do loud shit, it's incredible to hear this from my favorite band member, I choose to believe is serendipity and I'll try to be a lot more patient with that talented slacker
