Did he say "certain" without pronouncing the internal "t" ??

Because I think that in RP they pronounce the internal "t"..
Then, Could be that one difference betwen RP and Standard accent?

The history of British English is full of discriminations, influences, governators etc but I guess this is the way in all the languages all around the world and history.
