4:50 I only need to say one thing: The Mercator projection of the earth makes land in the north (and south) look drastically bigger compared to lands, that it lies closer to the equator.
So the comparison between Alaska and the continuous United States is wrong to say the least.
I don’t understand how he can know so much while knowing soooo little. Kinda think that he should quit* if he wants to lie and teach at the same time without acknowledging it. Such a fraud.
(*maybe not quit, but at least research his topics a bit better and acknowledge his mistakes)

This is nonsense. Fires would be less severe had the deadfall been removed. Drought in the west isn't helped when the idiots in California release all the water from the reservoirs and out the delta. This video is far overblown. Many of the things mentioned can be solved through adapting to those changes. All these doom scenarios don't happen overnight. Just as the earth is warming ever so slightly, for now, people adapt and make changes as necessary. This whole doom is upon us is crap.

@AfrologistDriving on American roads spewed out CO2 (and gas stoves) which warmed the planet. Especially the oceans. Pacific wet warmth dumps it's water in the Rockies, passes over US, picks up more water and heat and goes to Barents Sea on westerly winds which warms the Arctic and ruins the air conditioning of the continent at lower altitudes, which is ruining southwest and south.

Mexico and Venezuela have great natural resources, yet are economically and politically weak. Fracking in the US makes us the new #1 energy nation. Principles of a Constitutional Republic, not natural resources, made us the best place to live in history.

@KC-rd3gw16:30 I do just wanna point out of all the Great Plains states Nebraska has not overly exploited the aquifer and is the third most productive Agricultural state in the country, even outshining Texas… And this was thanks in large part to a lot of foresight in water management policies

@nikolassa80one thing i did not hear you mention is how people always think of sea level rise as covering land, they never talk about it as if its rising enough for ocean water to leak into freshwater water tables. florida likely and other areas with farming will likely have that issue in various places. because what happens when suddenly the water your pumping up onto your farm field is full of salt. we don't yet have salt tolerant peppers tomatoes and wheat.
