for the record it's pretty safe around the silver stamp, that's a whole neighborhood of cool bars and restaurants. i recommend going to the hard hat lounge, champagne's cafe, dino's lounge, double down, i'll add more as i remember.

All the five skull drinks at Frankie's are at least quadruple shots of liquor. They were 10 bucks last time I went but still a good deal at 14 bucks.

The Red Dwarf Inn is our favorite dive bar and a place truly unique to Las Vegas. Cradt beer, delicious Detroit style pizza, and on weekends Rockabilly, Psychobilly, and Punk bands.
We also like the Gokdmine Tavern on Water street in Henderson. Midwest feel, $5 24oz PBR, and live bands on the weekends.
When we go to Batista's Hole in the Wall for dinner, we always hit the Stafe door lounge for a few beers.
On Rainbow, there's Mr. D'S and The Tavern. Go East on Charleston for a Mike or two and there's the Lagendary tap house. Good Affordable Italian food, 1/2 pizza's after midnight, and I love their Cajun hot wings.

Great video. I'm not a Dive Bar kind of person. I went to two here in Arizona. I never felt more unwelcomed in my life. I was polite and friendly, not sure what I did to offend the bartenders. I left and still tipped $2 on a single beer each.

Surprised you didn’t stop at Dino’s while you were up north.

The huntridge can be too smoky at times and atomic used to be 24 hours things change.

No survey of Vegas dive bars is complete without a visit to the Doubledown Saloon.

I love Frankie’s, Atomic, Silver Stamp and Red Dwarf but wouldn’t really consider any as dive bars. You need to do Double Down Saloon, it’s a dive but a with really friendly staff, same owner as Frankie’s. The ultimate Vegas dive is the Aztec Inn, that place is wild, maybe too much of a dive but the PBR is always on special. Also not a dive necessity but a great place is Starboard Tack.

Red Dwarf definitely not a dive bar. It used to be a spot called Smuggle Inn, which was raided for selling cocaine from behind the bar and shuttered — now THAT was a dive bar. You should do Round #2: Moondoggies, Double Down, Office Bar Package Liquors, Decatur Package Liquors and Cocktails, Rusty Spur, Dive Bar (way sketchy), Champagnes, Play It Again Sam's, and The Aztec (at times downright dangerous)… to name a few! Happy drinking!

We have been going to Stage Door for almost 20 yrs, accidentally found it while going back to our room in Caesers after leaving the Drink (old standalone nightclub before vegas was nightclub central) one long night ago, but first time there if you weren't tattooed up or an Ironworker...you might feel out of place.... but after that its our goto place when we want to get off the strip, away from tourists for a beer and some video poker

I wouldn't call Frankie's a dive bar as it's mostly tourists, it's really nice in there and can be very expensive but yep, very dark. I've never been to Huntridge so thanks for the intro to that place. The one spot that makes this list incomplete IMO is The Hard Hat. If you've never been, it's one of the few old Vegas dives that has great food. Highly recommend.

EDIT: I was wrong in the post above. Golden Tiki is the touristy, expensive place, Frankie's is a legit dive just like they said.

Where are the customers!? Come to Milwaukee where dive bars are packed with regulars all day long

Wow, thank you for the video. I live in Las Vegas and never been to any of these bars. I will check them out.

Also can't believe you guys walked all that, especially in June. Vegas isn't meant to be walked between June to September lol It's just too hot.

So I’m heading to vegas next month. If I go to these bar’s you don’t recommend in the evening time? 9.45 is a bit early for me😂
