I like puma too, but he got scratched. I also bet the 18 and he lost I bet number one he came in second I also bet number six, but he probably got blocked ,the Derby. You can’t go crazy with your bets because there’s so many horses in the fields and so much stuff that could go wrong. I tell people just bet longshots next year ten to one or higher.

@TheLittleritFurther Ado is the horse to beat. Period, with a chance to win the Triple Crown. He has the highest recent speed rating in the field at 127 HRN, 106 Beyer in the grade 1 Blue Grass. He won at Churchill last Fall and in his pedigree has Affirmed, Secretariat, Seattle Slew, Mr. Prospector and Gun Runner, so he has speed and stamina. He may bounce off the Blue Grass effort, and I worry about a late scratch, but if he improves, and he certainly can, who will catch him? Renegade? Remember in 1973 when Secretariat finished 3rd to Angle Light and Sham in the 1973 Wood Memorial? The whispers started that Secretariat was a Bold Ruler colt, unsound, not as good as they thought. So, Secretariat had an abscess and recovered to make history.

@Ninurtha1The last 3 horses drawn in have no chance other than causing a headache...the points system failed this year badly...I blame the owners and trainers on this one, at least McCarthy has discipline on Stark Contrast and I hope he wins on the undercard...you don't need 20 to be Relevant...only benefit is they are total tosses...

Interestingly So Happy is next best, then Potente, Commandment, Puma, Wallabee all tied with the 3rd best #’s all based on last 2 starts. Japanese horses are unknowns but I may include D Bourbon underneath in my tris. Everyone else looks like a tier below these ones to me. Good luck!!! (btw Renegade was next best after those ones by a smidge)
