Native piping in here. Where will low-income service employees live to support all of these businesses? This question applies EVERY upload you post. You mention integrated work/live neighborhoods where residents wake & walk to their jobs, I don’t think this applies to the potwasher or janitor, it’s a long list. The new vision will only further increase income inequality and the plight of low-income households squeaking by, week to week. Thanks for the content.n
