I sadly lost a lot of relationships because of my tendency to use the socratic questioning. Most of the time my parthner would give up on frustration, be unable to tell me what was the problem or blame me for making her overthinking something. It was quite upsetting since I was trying to understand the problem and why it made her sad.

pro tip: once you start a debate branch using your imagination tow person or group of people instantly
where one is right and the other is wrong simultaneously, this would trick your brain to not take a side of the argument proactively (it sort out your psychological state easily)

It ain't gonna work if someone knows what you're doing. The one who is asking the questions, controls the conversation, controls the frame and puts the other person in a state of reaction. In the end someone just gonna start doing exactly what you are doing, by answering questions with a question.
In the end the conversation goes nowhere, since it stops being about sharing ideas and just becomes an ego challenge aka who has the stronger frame.

But you most presuppose without evidence or foundation that objective moral values exist in order to argue that “evil” is evidence against God’s existence. Just because you can’t imagine that a moral God could permit things you find morally reprehensible is not a logical position unless objective moral values exist. For instance a God who knows every possible outcome might permit “evil” to bring about a greater good. Such a God could rightly punish sin and evil and in doing so would have insight into rather it is justified that is beyond our knowledge. So atheist have no foundation for believing that any act is objectively right or wrong including acts of a higher authority. Nor do they have insight into knowing if there is a greater good for God to permit such evil. So there is no logical good argument from atheists seeing that if morality is a human construct then to each his own is the only game in town!

Regarding clarification and the example with not listening to immoral people, I would maybe rather ask what they mean by listening. Do they mean obedience tho their perspective? How can you help them being virtuous when you can't listen and understand what they are thinking, how can you help them correct their mistakes. Or to at least understand their thinking and being able to mitigate the risks their immorality may cast on you or others.
