My dream house has big and 2 floors, 1 basement on the first floor, a kitchen with a modern style, a clean and dirty kitchen is different, and a family room, living room, 1 dining table with 6 chairs and 1 bathroom for guests.
The second floor is all bedrooms, each of which has an en-suite bathroom.

I have a question, why does people like a dedicated room for home office? Is it too much space (so that it will need more time to clean up), isn't it?
Or it because privacy related, or you want separate life and work at your house? Or something else?
