Just wanted to say thank you I been binged watching allllllllll ❤your videos I'm going thru a health bump and I haven't been able to lose weight because I was diagnosed with RA and lupus and I'm 45yrs old. You have helped me keep pushing thru even 15min workout because I wasn't able to move or use my hands but now that I'm on medication I'm getting stronger but the steroid made me gain some weight but I'm taking lower doses this week so I'm hoping so control the weight and I'm going on a cruise 😢but like you said " you have to love the body God gave you" just wanted to say if you see me clicking all your videos you been a great help thru this journey thank you I'm from my too I work in the city hope I run by you one day❤ keep doing your dam thing girl you killing it ❤❤❤❤❤
