This routine would be possible if you are unemployed and don't have other obligations. But impossible if you are full-time employed and have other familiar obligations. Some tips still might be useful to cut down on the study time, but otherwise it is very situational.

Well to me this is totaly unreal for those - who are humans and English is not their first language. There are so many terms, definitions, usages, purposes we need to comprehand and also unerstand their real-life implications. I completely disagree. I also want to warn those who are new to IT security field - don't be get fooled by hearing false hope or be ready to loose your valueable money and time. I am struggling in my study now.

@lauraordonez2581Big thanks to Sandra for her advice, which really helped me plan my study routine — and I’m happy to share that I passed my CompTIA Security+ (SY0-701) exam on 29-10-2025, on my first try, after studying for two months.
I started with Professor Messer’s videos, followed by Andrew Ramdayal’s course for hands-on labs, and practiced with the books by David Seidl and Nikolaos Gorgotsias.
My tip: read a book chapter first, then watch the related video — it really helps connect theory with practice. Highly recommended for anyone preparing for the exam!

@DailyDebianI am planning on taking the test by the end of July and studying through Professor Messer's videos and doing daily quizzes with ChatGPT. I am so far consistently scoring 7/10 on 10 questions daily so far, which is progress. I want to be prepared on all sides before taking it. I am planning on buying one of the books to have with me at work if I need a break from my phone to study with.
