1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a bowl, toss chicken cutlets with olive oil, the juice of 1 lemon, salt, and pepper.

Cutlets of all kinds. Fish pork, chicken were always fried growing up. These baked cutlets looks good... Definitely enough oil for that crispyness.
