If my best friend or mum is coming to visit me (i'm an international student in germany) can they sleep in my room for like 1-3 nights if i live in a Studentenwohnheim, if I tell them in advance? My mum cannot afford to book flights and stay at a hotel to visit me and i would really like to have it as an option.

Moving from France to Germany (as a non EU-citizen), and I managed to get a temporary housing upon arrival. I understand the Schufa score is increasingly being requested by many landlords. I have been using Bunq for over a year now, and for almost every thing (Salary, bills, online & physical stores payments etc.). However, I understand Bunq does not work with Schufa. Should I succeed in having my German employer agree to pay my salary on my "DE IBAN" Bunq account (which I intend to use on a daily basis for as many payments as possible), how would this work with Schufa? How could they track my records if Bunq does not share any info with them?
