Nobody in India puts ginger garlic paste and that much of masala in the scrambled eggs. Yes we do add masala but I’m sure that is the worst scrambled egg recipe I’ve ever seen !!!!!!

Turkey had the BEST scrambled egg dish! Who doesn't love kielbasa? It's delicious! I would scramble in some cheddar cheese so the eggs have a nice cheese pull when done. Mmmm...

@nutnutnut38212:29 that's not telur padang, that's just telur dadar krispi (crispy Omelet).
@RexDev1LWhat strikes me most when watching these videos is why we accept the French method as the gold standard of cooking.
Each country has different methods and rules for cooking.
Many of these countries believe in cooking scrambled eggs thoroughly which is a big NO-NO in France.
India believes in frying garlic/ginger over high heat in ghee until almost brown which is a big NO-NO in western cooking (Italians would say never let your garlic brown bc it introduces a bitter taste).
Who's to say which method is superior?

@thiya4627Indonesian here. I'm confused. Is scrambled egg as same as omelet ? As far as my understanding (correct me if I'm wrong), scrambled egg is more like what USA made. But, when I make an omelet, I only scramble the eggs in bowl not in the pan. When I put it in the pan, I do not stir it or scramble it any more, I cooking it and made it to a neat, unbroken, and usually, folded shape.
@bambangsadhono5968I love how fluently the Indian chef converses in English
@ETonYT-84Usa where's the cheese? 90% of people in the USA eat their scrambled eggs with cheese. Stop it

I legit in my ENTIRE life had never considered the possibility of deep fried eggs but now I want to try it 😂
I liked Algerian and Indian. Bhurji with roti will be better though
@Indian_RajputEven though it looks simple, the texture of this Telur Barendo is insane! It’s so crispy, light, and savory all at once. If you’ve never tried an Indonesian-style crispy omelet like this, you’re missing out on the ultimate egg experience. You absolutely have to try it! ✨
