Yin and Yang, both very important concepts And explains so much. I remember when you could be in a discussion with someone and you would mutually allow the other person's opinion be okay even if you didn't agree a little or a lot and there'd be no bad reactions but rather a situation to learn a different aspect of life or even of yourself to some degree.

Eckhart’s teachings are helping me a lot, as I am tragically trapped in my egoic side. However, I believe that many people are able to access, to varying degrees, their true self. Secondly, I don’t think there will ever be a world of fully conscious people; duality will always have to exist. Still, simply striving toward such a world is a great thing.

Openness and listening are qualities I appreciate in interviewers. Ego-dominated interviewers, like Oprah, are frustrating. I want to say, "BE QUIET, I want to hear what your guest has to say!"

There are 2 simple technique that allow us to eliminate those subconscious thoughts :
1:just try to observe what you are doing at the moment as a result the subconscious disappear.
2: to kill your subconscious just try to focus on your respiration.

Humans with unconcious behaviors will eventually pay the consequences of their behavior, and that's okay. Some behavior may be unacceptable.
Nobody can be super-concious 100% of the time, nobody.
It's important to fuel spiritual conciousness in everyday live by being as aware as possible.
You can set healthy, concious boundaries, if necessary.
Denying your human identity isn't the way. Honor your human identity, your human self, it has it's place and that's okay.

@nonexistI love Eckhart’s insight. I just found ‘The Power of Now’. Separately from that I am culturally where Rick is, anti-woke. I totally get the yin-yang balance that Rckhart talks of, but Russell Brand and Candice Owens I think are both controlled opposition. Eckhart isn’t though. I bet he had received his position on them both now.

@a.j.infowars7582Sorry but Eckhart's ideas are wrong. The concept of the ego starts with Freud's structural model of the psyche, nowhere else (so plagiarism). Problem is, the ego is an invalid concept. It is either formless or formed. If the ego is a form, it would itself undergo change and die when actions stop (e.g. we would constantly be born and die). If the ego is formless, it cannot be the agent that performs actions. Besides that, by presence he means attention, no breakthrough there.
