So I think the best thing to improve your listening and speaking is watching news ,speeches, vlog in English and keep in mind don't watch these videos in your language subtitles but in English subtitles

OMG ! I really can relate to ur personality. 'm from India and I get lazy often when any video or writing is long but for this I didn't get lazyness for once till end .
Thank u so much. This is soo helpful for me . I will remember every tip.

One thing wanna share that , the amount I know about english, is all about from my this Mobile , it was Instagram Captions mostly and then youtube videos with English Subtitles soo yaaa social media helped me alot for my betterment in English.
