I've seen what Ai does first hand to small business.. and it ended up with 3 employees being let go. It is going to destroy many sectors of employment the further along it gets smarts wise.
In fact putting Ai to one side for a small moment - automation has taken a great chunk of of the work available for humans over the last 3 decades, now with Ai and robotics even more will find themselves useless eaters as Rishi's mate Schwarb would say. Amazon is a prime example of this just for a starter. How long will it be before call centers - even those in India with cheap labour are binned, 5 to 10 years tops?
Ai is the worst thing to ever of been allowed to be let loose where the workforce is concerned and small businesses will suffer the same fate.
