@Brian392I live in NYC & have suffered from anxiety since at least 2024. Since 2025 I've suffered anxiety episodes that made it almost impossible to take public transportation and sleep. Being in public spaces had been nothing but torture and i found myself retreating from all activities. Since i found these videos my life and sleep have improved dramatically. I don't know how I would've survived without them. Thank you so much...
