@Charlie-c-1the biggest message is that Rubio visited Bahrain, Kuwait, UAE. Did not stop over in Oman, Qatar, Iraq, Saudi. This tell us that he is playing defense. Those countries that he didn't visit are not in the US camp. Only UAE is firmly siding with US. Kuwait and Bahrain are still wavering.
