Invictus was a copy of the American Warrior Games which Edward Lane Fox, one of the RF admins/advisors knew about. After Harry's Vegas jaunt the RF decided Harry needed something to do to help with his favor ability. ELF suggested a similar veteran organization to the Warrior Games for Harry and had Harry attend the Warrior Games. Harry liked it and Invictus was born. Invictus was a way to get Harry positive press and give the lazy oaf something to do.
