Let me tell why what you are doing to me is abusive. Every day you put videos up with apparent goal of helping me improve Every day you do that with a tailored up-to-date lesson you are effectively not putting me in my place. You are putting me down. You and everybody elses ai have made abundantly clear that accepting free help on the web is cretinous and lowly. Even If I knew you were just using AI to do it , it wouldn't help. Because you have enough flying monkeys amongst the people in my life to make it seem credible that everybody thinks I'm just a dumbass dickhead who can't learn.

I have problems from my voice. My voice very breathty thats why i can speak fast
If you struggle to think quickly which causes you to speak slower in conversations (and I know how frustrating this can be), then the 6 practical tips I share in this video will dramatically increase your ability to think and speak faster. This will increase your overall ability to articulate your thoughts faster whilst maintaining coherence and clarity.
=== About Vinh Giang ===
I'm focusing on improving both articulation and speech flow. How many tongue twisters, pencil drills, overpronunciation exercises, and fast-reading exercises should I do each day, and for how long?
Should I do all of them daily or alternate them throughout the week?
Also, if I practice reading faster, will it make it harder to slow down later, or will it improve my control over speaking pace?
Vinh Giang is an internationally acclaimed keynote speaker, communication skills expert, and magician. He blends his unique talents to captivate audiences and deliver powerful lessons on the art of influence, persuasion, and effective communication. His mission is to empower individuals and leaders to communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact, enabling them to unlock new levels of success in both their personal and professional lives.

Instead of doing the 3 steps, 2 types, and 1 thing technique for answering loaded questions, can't you just ask a follow-up question to answer a more-specific question? Like: "Well, what would you say is the most difficult part of communicating?"

@TerriYoung-m4cI think you have to learn how to become but also to figure out things that stimulate the brain we have no clue of our full capacity to do things
@TerriYoung-m4cSummary:
Practice with tongue twisters
( Ex - โShe sells seashells by the seashore.โ)
Try to read a book loudly and as fast as possible, practice with timer
Do box breathing and physiological sigh
Prepare before a meeting or conversation, and try to understand the topic not to memorise it
Do few pushups or cardio before public speaking to manage adrenaline
Use communication framework such as ( PREP, 3-2-1)
PREP :
The PREP Method is a simple way to explain or argue something clearly.
PREP = Point โ Reason โ Example โ Point
Example (topic: Exercise is important)
Point:
Exercise is important for a healthy life.
Reason:
It keeps the body strong and prevents many diseases.
Example:
For example, people who exercise daily have more energy and are less likely to get sick.
Point (again):
Thatโs why exercise is important for staying healthy.
3-2-1 METHOD :
The 3-2-1 Method means:
3 points
2 examples
1 conclusion
Example (topic: Reading books)
3 Points:
Reading improves knowledge.
It increases vocabulary.
It improves focus.
2 Examples:
Students who read daily understand subjects faster.
Successful people often read books to learn new ideas.
1 Conclusion:
So, reading books is a powerful habit for personal growth.
Have any of your client success stories involved autistic clients or Autistic-ADHD (AuDHD) clients? These are neurodevelopmental conditions where organization and speed with thought retrieval into structured sentence may be difficult unless one memorizes or writers in preparation. I want to know whether you've had success with people who can't articulate themselves because of slow mental processing related to these conditions.
@nuramahmoud1002Vihn has made my tongue so strong! I can do push ups with it! ๐

@AngTiprasaYouโre on a whole different level as a teacher!
@sukiarain-w1yThis video absolutely blew my expectations away!
@sukiarain-w1yIโm stunned by how much sense this makes now!
@sukiarain-w1yThis video by Vinh Giang provides 6 practical tips to help you think and speak faster while maintaining clarity and coherence.
Here's a breakdown of the key takeaways:
How to Speak Faster (0:32)
1. Improve Mechanics with Tongue Twisters (0:39):
Practice tongue twisters by reading them five times, getting faster each time.
This helps improve articulation and muscle strength in your mouth, allowing you to speak more quickly and clearly.
2. Measure and Increase Your Speaking Rate (2:52):
Find a 300-word story and read it for one minute, counting the words to determine your average words per minute (WPM).
Gradually increase your target WPM by 10-20 words in subsequent readings to intentionally practice speaking faster.
3. Master Breath Control (4:23):
Avoid expelling too much breath per word, which forces you to slow down.
Practice making an "S" sound on a single breath for as long as possible (5:48) to mimic good breath support.
Practice counting, giving each number the exact amount of breath and energy to avoid vocal strain (6:35).
How to Think Faster (8:04)
1. Seek to Understand, Not Memorize (8:21):
Deepen your understanding of your area of expertise by reading books and thoroughly researching topics.
This eliminates the need for memory retrieval and allows for quicker, more credible responses.
2. Utilize Frameworks for Communication (9:41):
Learn the "3-2-1 Framework" (three steps, two types, or one thing) to quickly structure your answers to complex questions.
This prevents information overload and helps you provide concise, clear responses, often starting with "the one thing."
3. Reduce Anxiety and Stress (12:19):
Anxiety impairs clear thinking. Prepare for stressful situations by practicing breathing techniques.
Diaphragmatic breathing (13:01) (belly breathing) is recommended.
Box breathing (13:32) (inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4) can decrease anxiety and promote a clearer mind.
unfortunately, this video isn't particularly what I was looking for. I talk fast anyways, so I don't really need assistance with that. but with the thinking part, I'm already well versed in most topics of my interest. It takes me awhile to articulate what I'm thinking into words, and I can't correctly word things on the spot. a lot of the time, I mess up with the wording and with the main points of what I'm saying. when I'm asked a question, it takes me a bit to even process what I was asked at all, much less an answer. It feels like my brain is going faster than what I can take in, in a way.

Failed to understand, instead of breath control, I took birth control and now my breast tissue grew and my hips widen. Lol, jokes aside, Vinh, I love your videos. They are making me a better public speaker, and communicator in general.
@GameTime-yj6qvWhen sight-reading text, above around 200 WPM, my vowels begin to melt into an indistinct mess. If you can produce 200 WPM, while sight reading, without every unstressed syllable turning into a schwa vowel, you really have elite eyeโlip coordination.
@afterthesmashThank you so much. Love your content. I found your channel recently. I have subscribed to it not just because you have so much knowledge but you are very entertaining to watch. May you keep growing and getting money out of these videos so we can learn from you for free ๐.

Blessings to you and your family.

@SelinArslan-f9vSuch a great video to watch.
@Ruthlee-c3tI've practice that hissing sound 6:00 years ago in my martial art training. And I am not doing it anymore. Because it was a nightmare, at the same day I did that, in the night, I can't sleep, my chest felt so tight as if somebody is squeezing me.
I thank you so much for sharing us this skill. Bless you โค
Thanks for this great content.
@Rapi98-v7tThe clip laughed at mumble rap but that was an example of good tongue twisters. Been living life like a beginner but this is only the beginning I'm at the top of the mountain puffing on clouds this nga be getting it. There are parts in the same song that are complete gibberish though. I think mumble rap trades faster speech for less complex topics sadly.
