I haven’t played or watched any Fortnite since the beginning of chapter 3 (other than a couple of Lazar videos) but this was somehow still really interesting to watch

I use this strat all the time in the new simpsons update. If you want to know how to do it here’s how: go to the farm and get one AR and one shotgun, then fill the rest of your inventory with mystery berries (6 max per slot healing 20 health and gives insane speed boost) then proceed to slurp factory where you can get better weapons and also break full health objects. Camp there until last 10 players and then proceed to circle and hopefully win.

Id just make storm sickness happen at 100 dmg over the course of the entire match. then from that point on, all storm damage no matter if you leave or exit it, deals double damage

This is so boring to watch. 95% of the games are people fighting walls, farming, standing still in cover, or crawling around. I do not understand why people watch "pro" players anymore. At least zero build have fun duels where you can watch tactics instead of people with autoscript spawning walls every millisecond someone fire anything.

The storm should just do 1 damage per level of the storm.

Fortnite used to be so good

Back when John Wick was the battle pass I had over 200 wins with no kills because I'd just farm then go to where I think the storm would be and just build 100's of single triangle's and hide in one. Then I'd just keep healing because that's all I looted was healing stuff then out heal them and let the storm take them out.

I think storm surge farming could be fixed by adding a negative multiplier to the top few teams with the most damage, maybe 0.5x or something, so their damage doesn't count as much and lower teams can catch up easier. If it's too punishing for the top few teams, maybe it could count if they reach a certain threshold relative to the next lowest team below them, like if they do 1.5x more damage than the team below them then the negative multiplier counts

Another similar idea is to add a positive multiplier to the teams below the storm surge's damage requirement, so the teams below it get a 1.3x multiplier or something like that

Its crazy how much fortnite changed over the years. I still remember watching Ninjas' firsr tournament live and thinking "i dont think anyone could ever beat him" to now seeing these kids with super precision and accuracy.
