I used to live in the USA, and I had to stop eating bread, noodles, and drinking beer because it gave me horrible acid reflux. Now, I am in Spain, and the bread that I get from the local baker is delicious. I have not had ANY acid reflux since leaving the USA.

My wife cant eat UK wheat even before the FA. With French, Spanish and German bread she is OK. Its all the foreign muck in flour to which she is sensitive, producing muscle aches and migraine.

I know I can't completely stop it getting in my body but I plan to try as hard as I can to have as little as possible. I also grow my own food and keep chickens all because I don't trust the powers that be.

@royhenson3379When they did that unknowingly to us in America 🇺🇸, I can tell you between Folic Acid & maybe something else, I know that pasta tore me up 🤢 & the bread too, not as bad but ugh. Looking back, knowing now, I knew something was wrong; I just thought it was something wrong with me. Let me tell you our breads have a shelf life longer than I ever recalled growing up. I'm looking for mold, which may be a good sign, I haven't seen mold on my old bread in years ... Absolutely crazy what's in the USA food...just toxic. Making some changes but not enough yet. 🙏🙏🙏

@thewoodmuncher8140Why are people eating so much white bread? Wholemeal bread has got more natural goodness in it and Granary bread has got all the goodness you need. Just switch to Red there isn't white!!
