Once, DUS was a very fantastic and famous plane-spotter friendly airport with TWO exciting Observation-Decks. One big deck on the roof of Concourse B and another thrilling one on the roof at the airport,s own railway-station terminal. Even for several years DUS has had a very fine- and good stocked Aviation-Shop with lot,s of plane-modells and Aviation-Books at the entrance at the Concourse-B Observation-Deck. But today sadly everything,s gone. Also like the Airport-Tours by bus. Today for plane-spotters, DUS is a very frustrating airport. But netherelses even today you can catch some good views from atop of the car-park 7.
