Biggest thing that sucks about Netflix is their greedy and shady business practices.
Netflix doesn't openly tell it's customers that they restrict the movie and TV show selection if you are on an ad based tier.
So not only do you pay extra to not have commercials... they've also taken away some of their titles unless you pay for a higher tier.
