Police officers are sometimes at busy intersections with lights, if the intersection tend to jam. They will sometimes tell vehicles with green lights to stop and red lights to go to alleviate traffic congestion.

When you looked up at the street signed and saw you were on W 32nd St and wondered whether you were in a Korean neighborhood, all you had to do was turn right, and you would have been.

Enjoy my city "Britts". Love your accent, "oh deah"!
@felixnorman9562Thank you for enjoying NYC! As a Long Islander who is a half hour train ride in, this city has always been my backyard. There is always something to do in my backyard!
@QueenSheWolfNew York is a sewer........one of the most horrible places in the USA.
@Land_Rights_ATWe New Yorkers are friendly! I’ve seen an elderly man deputize a woman on the subway to help a tourist get to where they wanted to go. We help mothers carry their strollers up and down the stairs of the subway all the time. I myself help tourists find their way around fairly frequently when I’m not in a rush. We’re just busy and stressed out from the high rent, so we can sometimes be on edge and just need a little grace. Otherwise, don’t be afraid to ask for help! :)
@RyanElivoa Reuben is actually corned beef not pastrami. And it is really delicious. And the best place to get a Reuben is New York City. I really hope you tried the New York Pizza. 😊 once again I really hope you enjoyed the United States. I am really enjoying your videos.. 😊
@georgelausberg5509I have been at that theater several years ago together with my daughter who was a performing arts student in Manhattan .At the beginning when the animals move down to the stage - goosebumps all over , just absolutely breathtaking . We actually had tears running down on our faces. Greetings from Florida 🦩
@korneliacevasco9939Streets run north and south, avenues run east and west.
@anitahoward4008Welcome to New York! This is how I feel when I go to Paris! ❤ Some travel tips: yes we often have areas like China Town and Little Italy that I think were formed mainly by new immigrants many years ago. We also have neighborhoods with Indian food, Korean food, Dominican food, and so on. If you are traveling with a friend and you eat fish, I recommend splitting a lox bagel with everything on a garlic bagel for breakfast. If you split it, you will have room for lunch. We will give you directions, we just need to understand that what you want, then we will happily give directions.
@multifacetedpersonNew Yorkers aren't mean, just busy and on the run. Yes, Broadway around the low 30th is Little Korea. No, 1st avenue is actually over by the river, the center is around 5th or 6th avenue going East to West side of the island.
@janetmoreno8909i love your clips❤
@NinaFootballI know you won’t see this comment but you guys should come to New Mexico!
@tayloreaves5658Bagel robbery they should have been no more than 9 bucks each
@MikeJohn-tb1ypWest thirty-two street means you are in Koreatown. 😄
NYU is a private university.
Haven't heard a word said after seeing those bagels. It is now my mission in life to get a giant meat-stuffed, soft bagel.
@Sheikyurass-y5yIf you are in New York again try a yellow cab ride. It’s a great experience
@AndrewRoam-uf2ouMcSorley's!! I remember walking out of there after 12 hours inside. Stew, onions, crackers and ale
@rjoshbAhh W = West 24th
@deantait8326Seriously - did these two not research Manhattan even a little bit before going there? No, it is not Sweden which has Islamified itself, with its stupid King & Queen streets.
@hamishmctibble6072'montana fox new york' is a new series of timelapses on YouTube - could be worth a watch? :)
@hamishmctibble6072*St. Patrick's Cathedral *The steam is caused by cold water making contact with the underground pipe network
@user-zr9ub2fs4wThe great thing about NYC is every block sometimes on the same block changes
@DelevanGoodhueI'm from Central New York. New York City has some great things to offer, but I highly encourage people to also explore Upstate New York. I mean, we have the Adirondacks and the Catskills, beautiful hiking in both locations. We can actually fit 5+ of the parks out west in our parks, and that includes the Grand Canyon. I myself grew up around the farmland, hills, mountains, lakes and the Amish of New York State. If you ever make it up this way, try out places like Schoharie, Sharon Springs, Saratoga Springs, Lake George, Cooperstown and so much more. Albany is the Capital of New York State. Niagara Falls is also much farther upstate. Trust me, you really need to explore what New York State has to offer outside of the city.
@theissuesfromleft2rightBalboa Park in San Diego is 1 1/2 times bigger than Central Park in New York
@dougca7086I seriously doubt that you two were the " highest " in Times Square !😊
@RobertStewart-vr2rgYou can just tap your phone to ride - you don't need to go to the kiosks and get tickets for the subway anymore
@saggydan"we're probably in, like, one of the nicer parts..." Said NOBODY EVER about Herald Square - haha!!
@saggydanTrump tower, GROSS! 🤮
@GlitterandTHC360Correct about NYU. It is private. There are several colleges in NYC. Columbia, also private, some SUNY (State University of NY) colleges there are a medical school, dental, Hunter College, that's just some. Ny York has a very educated pop.
I'm so glad you saw a musical! I do wish Les Mis was still playing. I've seen a lot of Broadway shows during my 60 years, 45 of which where near the city, near enough for it to be an easy day trip. Less Mis is the only one I've seen twice. I just had to take my mom. Transformative. Really sob city! So good!
I hope you go to Battery Park. And the docks!
@marydohrenwend7612$10M may be the most expensive listing today on the market but their are more expensive places to live .
@marydohrenwend7612That Louis Vitton thing is totally cool and quintessential NY!
@marydohrenwend7612St. Patrick's Cathedral. Very famous and you should go inside. The stain glass alone is worth taking a half hour to walk around. It is our St Paul's or Westminster. I Believe Wren was the architect. It stu ning.
@marydohrenwend7612Rockefeller Center.🙂
@marydohrenwend7612Bryant Park is in the fashion district, I think. Fashion week lights the city on fire! Just people watching all the famous designers and celebrities trying g to outdo each other. Fascinating.
@marydohrenwend761216 minutes. You can pay with your phone to ride the subway and bus.
@twbcjhfstwbcjhfs"you're the highest people right now in Times Square"- doubtful, it means something a bit different in NYC- Love your content...
@davidtrinks345I would like you both to know that my old hometown of New York City has all kinds of people from A to Z. As the old saying goes…. There are 8 million people in The Naked City and this is one of them! Good luck and take care. Get a pocket sized subway map from the station agent in the subway station.
@luislaplume8261Hope you were able to go into St Patrick’s Cathedral. Breathtaking.
