It's crazy that this guy isn't incarcerated still considering the way firearm & drug laws work especially federally. Per 18 U.S.C. § 924(c), it's a mandatory 5 year minimum to posses a gun, Minimum of 10 years for a short-barreled rifle, short-barreled shotgun, or semiautomatic weapon. That must be served consecutively to any other sentence received, such as for the CSA drug charges themselves. And also as an automatic operation of law Under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3), it is also a federal crime to merely possess a firearm if you are an "unlawful user of or addicted to" any controlled substance. Because Schedule I drugs (e.g., heroin, LSD) have no accepted medical use, any usage is considered unlawful. A conviction under this section can lead to up to 10 years in federal prison.
I guess maybe he wasn't convicted federally or something, but it's impressive he was able to rack up that many convictions and still be out of prison to do this shit.

@shawnbybee8514:10 im a tire technician and the reason cops don't use armored or kevlar tires is simply because they don't handle as well as regular tires and the situations where an armored tire would come in handy is pretty few, also I don't even think kevlar tires would prevent a stopstick usually the kevlar is in the sidewall but if someone is shooting at a cops tires they'll probably be dead soon anyway. Kevlar tires don't cost that much more and don't require any extra maintenence
