The 60 BPM is the part most people don't realize matters too fast and the nervous system reads it as activating rather than calming. I've noticed audio bilateral stimulation lands faster for in-the-moment anxiety, while the visual version works better for longer wind-down sessions. Different tools for different states. Thanks for the consistent work in this space the at-home stuff is reaching people who wouldn't ever step into a therapy office.

To all who see this…if you are scared, remember there are others who are just as scared as you. Show yourselves the same love and protection you would show to others. We can and will get thru the tough times. Things will get better. They always do. All my love to all of you and the biggest of healing mama hugs to you all. You are never alone, even if it seems like it. ❤❤❤

The moment I turned this on my stomach lurched like I was on a roller coaster and then my whole body became very heavy as my mind struggled to find it's normal cadence, the back and forth crazily interrupts every thought I attempt to make. That tightness in my chest that I thought was my heart was clearly tension because it was gone in seconds. I have always felt music. When I was little I would take my recorder and from ear learn to play the theme songs of my favorite tv shows, movies, and video games. When I was in middle school band they found out very quickly that I could play pretty much anything they put in my hands, but I struggled to actually READ the music to play. Even after knowing that about myself I was still in shock over how much this audio physically affected me.

Thank you for the brain muzzle, I am happy to now have it in my tool box for future use.
