@MagnusGalactusOGAs a design engineer I designed parts for these airframes in the 1970s. Some of these airframes were built even before then. Some of them have to be almost at scrap value right now. May have just basically buckled.
@brunonikodemski2420I’m so sad!! In the late ‘70’s we had B-52’s at Mather AFB! Had friends and her husband was a navigator on a B-52!! Saw those monster planes in the air a lot! Up close they were REALLY huge!! They also had German Shepherd’s guarding the planes!
This is especially sad to me!! It’s not “just a plane!” It’s been an important one in our inventory!! Beautiful beast of a plane! Sad to lose a whole crew dedicated to their jobs! A great sacrifice!! RIP to the brave!!❤😢🇺🇸
I'm sure Hegseth will take full responsibility for these crashes. God bless the families of the deceased soldiers.
