I had a Biology teacher who told the class on Day 1 he did NOT want to see the word Essence in ANY of our writings:) LOL. Totally Triggered.... at the end when ET rang the bell, my sleeping dog looked up at me:) I must say that this whole talk was overwheming emotionally. I hope I can internalize even a fragment....

The final stage for me is to learn to be present in conversations.
I'm fine in nature and practicing presence while alone. I quickly rush to mind when interacting with others though. I've been trying to go straight to breathing and hands when in the presence of others.
I'm a teacher and I teach children. I've noticed how it is way easier to be the deep I when I am with them. No judgement, no need to maintain a false identity while with them. Thank You Eckhart.

@ronniebush2898Spannend, wie oft wir Erfüllung im ständigen Tun suchen, obwohl sie manchmal gerade in der Stille entsteht. Eckhart Tolle erinnert daran, dass Aktion und innere Ruhe kein Widerspruch sein müssen. Ironischerweise haben die besten Ideen oft dann ihren Auftritt, wenn man gerade nicht krampfhaft nach ihnen sucht. Ein Gedanke, den man im Alltag leicht vergisst.
