Yes you are exercising is old dolphin training, but there is another way you can reward when your dog does the right thing without saying anything. Get a dog harness and read a book.

I was 9 years old when I trained my first dog and he was a small German shepherd but he taught me because I was only 9 and I went in the Air Force graduated from a few schools and he lived until I came home from my first duty station, he was 12 when he died and I cried like that 9 year old boy. Trouble was a very good dog because he wanted to please me. That is something that you have to connect with your dog on

@baloney_sandwichI had a 5 year old pitbull who is as stubborn as a bull and is very unmotivated when it comes to anything she dosent want to do. I have changed the treats contless of time and finally found something she kinda likes. I have have done some trainig with her like sit and down and stay, but how can i get her to ne eager to train and want to focus on me. She has add and her head is constanly on a swivel.
