Write your own melody (and harmony if you know how) and lyric and use Ai to supply background drums, bass, synths, guitars then you can register your composition as original with the copyright office and also use it on PRO's cue sheets with 100% writer ownership. Basically users were using Suno as a music library and claiming their prompts defined them as owners. Use Suno as a pro would, as a tool for production but not to create the production itself and you will be on the right track.

This video sounds like a lot of speculative BS to me. What do you actually know about this? A video full of the same questions everyone had before this thing happened. There was really nothing new here.

I use between 6 and 12 apps to make one fake ass song.
These are NOT one app one button one prompt songs/videos.
They ALL say they "own" it.
All 6-12 apps want to own what I made.
They are all wrong and dishonorable.
I make the best fake ass songs online. And it's MINE.
Unlike the rest of you I can just make more songs.
Been making songs for 30 years. Making a new song is easy. Real or Fake.

Then the solution is clear I’m not gonna use Suno. I’m just gonna go back to doing it. The old-fashioned way and Suno will lose a lot of business and go out of business lol

The AI does not create anything per say. It's a set of patterns that the user uses to create. No creator = no AI song. How the hell fire can Warner own all my inspiration and my creations including my lyrics and melodies? I am not a slave. And we are paying for that? I thought that Suno and Warner would distrubute our songs and pay us like a label. Now all they are logically supposed to do is to raise the subscription fees while allowing the creators to keep 100% of their rights. We are the ones creating. SUNO does not create. Without us using the platform there is no song. Suno uses our lyrics, our melodies, our instrumentals , or demos to create. The subscription we pay is to have the right to the parts that Suno adds such as instrumentals and vocals. Why will I pay for a service where I create everything with my music and prompting skills and my lyrics and melodies just for a dumb azz company to say that they own it? That's a very bad move. Suno and Warner will lose. They has better fix this. My diss song Bye Bye Sun00 id on the way 😂😂

All these sites talk about the creator.....No one says anything about the CONSUMER of AI created music. The reason is simple. What is happening in music is that there's no gatekeepers from keeping the consumer from listening and downloading AI generated songs FOR FREE. That is what no one wants to address because if the public knew this simple fact, all of the above stuff mentioned would be moot. As long as the consumer listens to AI generated music for their own consumption, they do not have to pay for it. Period. The Supreme Court ruled that AI generated products cannot be copyrighted. Now we are going into yet another era of NAPSTER 2.0 ON STEROIDS. People back in the early 2000s used Napster to download and listen to music that was copyrighted, thus the big boys came after people and basically destroyed Napster within a few years by creating Spotify and such...one payment a month to listen to whatever you want. Now there is no gatekeeper to make you pay in order to listen to all that you want, because AI generated music is not human created, thus the big boys cannot come after you like they did in the early 2000s. You are free to listen and download into your personal collection any and all AI created music to your hearts content. Most of it is slop (just like human created music these days), however, there are diamonds among the slop that people like.
AI NAPSTER 2.0 IS HERE. The music industry fears this the most. This is why no one is talking about the CONSUMER, and dwelling on the creator. Anyone can create AI music now. The question is: How are the big boys gong to monetize it? Well as long as there's a wild, wild west outside those gates.....the model the big boys have been reeking in money on.....is about to dry up. Creators should be happy about this because people love human created music also. This is not an either/or situation. Creators must now create and market THEIR BRAND. If it is good stuff they are creating, the money and the market will come, if not.....oh well....capitalism.

I am glad that my paid subscription to Suno ended at the end of November 2025. I don't like the deal between Suno and Warner.
0:00 Intro
0:10 What does the Suno-Warner deal mean for creators?
In Australia, it all depends about where the agreement was executed. All you do is when the terms are presented make sure your IP address is Australian and there you go. The contract is registered as they’re being executed in Australia no matter what the destination address was you read and agreed on an Australian IP address? If you’re confused about how to do this it’s very very easy. I’ve got a PhD artificial intelligence concordance six languages and have a cyber security firm. I also have a master of laws so let me tell you it’s legally enforceable you earn everything that you’ve done before now in relation to the new contract terms I have necessarily seen them. I don’t know why are they available yet? Can you please get back to me? Read this comment?
0:12 What does this actually mean for you if you use Suno?
0:53 What is the insider perspective on this deal?
The good thing is that Ai music does not have to be copyrighted to make money from it no matter what the source!
1:58 What is the industry playbook behind the Suno-Warner partnership?
2:38 What are the new terms for Suno users?
One hopes that all the music we created on Suno before agreeing to any new terms will remain our property and copyright.
2:54 What does Warner owning your creations mean for you?
3:15 What happens if your Suno song blows up?
Question??? What if I wrote a Track say 10 years or 20 Years ago, it's just sat on your hard drive gathering dust, you become a Suno Pro subcriber and you put this Old track into Suno . and Bingo you have an all new arrangment and sound that you like, so what can I do with that track now, Can I release it without any bullshit from publishing companies ?
3:38 What about the original artists whose music trained Suno?
3:59 What do these changes mean for your music and rights as a creator?
You should not be able to copyright music that was created by Suno or any other AI platform as you didn't create it. You just added some description prompts to an algorithm. Copyrights should be reserved for real live composers and artist.
4:53 Where do creators go from here in this new AI music world?
5:49 Is AI the key to unlocking creativity or a new gatekeeper?
is this voice ai in this video??
