@ZacharyVillanueva-v3jGoodwill feedback. In your best interests, and to be honest, for the good of your health, you look overweight. It's unhealthy to eat instant noodles, sausages/sugar drinks (diabetes)/soda (processed food). I recommend that you see a GP to obtain professional medical advice on weight management and to have your fasting bloods, urine, and poop tested. Remember that you want to be healthy and alive to enjoy the wealth you gained from your stressful job. To put it simply, the longer you live, the more sex you can enjoy. There seems to be an empty space opposite your current workstation. Consider setting up a third height-adjustable table with four rounded corners parallel to your main workstation, and place a quality and expensive walking/running treadmill (check with building management and engineers on your apartment's floor weight-bearing limitations, if running on the treadmill will cause noise to your neighbour downstairs, and local laws/policies), in front of your new third workstation. That way, you can walk and enjoy your personal entertainment, e.g., watching videos, movies, or anime, or playing on game consoles, while maintaining your health. As you are good with tech, why not ask multiple AI models, deep research, what the current problems are with your weight, relationships, health, diet, and lifestyle, and have the AI make recommendations, and cross-reference the AI output with well-paid, qualified doctors, psychiatrists, therapists, and nutritionists?
