This was pretty easy for me when compared to your other workouts 😅. But I am still sweaty. Thank you Anna for your amazing workouts ❤️.
▸ Upper Body Burn: 30 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ ABS: 30 sec on, 10 sec off
This is hard core I only made it to 12 minutes heart bumping out my chest
▸ Finisher: 50 sec on, 10 sec off

Hello! I'm 20 years old currently turning 21 next month, I'm trying to workout at home as much as I didn't want to, I feel like I wasted a lot and gained a shit ton of weight, I've felt super shitty about myself for years now, I've gained weight in college to the point where I don't fit in the pants that I used to wear, as of today it's 29 days til my birthday (so ig a 30 day challenge to lose a good amount of weight to look hella good on my birthday), I'm trying to do workouts and switching things up to not get bored and not lose motivation. I of course can't do some of the workouts due to limited space in my room but I'm really trying my best not to be a fat piece of shit (I'm not sensitive calling myself fat lol sure as hell don't participate in body positivity) I wanna finally feel really good about myself and the clothes I wear.
