Im guessing they fostered and adopted her. Getting to move out of state with a foster child is rare, and he said when we used to foster her. Plus dfcs has monthly visits and required regular dr visits for kids in care. After adoption dfcs doesn't check on the kids for very long (they dont have the funding or resources), and where I live you are not allowed to homeschool your foster kids. That may be allowed in some states..Im not sure. My heart broke for that poor baby. How do you starve a child?! That is a slow painful torture. Pure evil. I hope sweet girl gets therapy, a loving home, and one day can put this all behind her.
