Hosts of CNBC and Bloomberg discuss Micron, Micron stock (MU stock), NVIDIA, and NVIDIA stock (NVDA stock) following Micron's blowout earnings. Today, Apple announce price increases due to higher memory costs. Also today, Microsoft announced they will increase console prices due to rising memory costs, and they expect memory prices to double again from here by fall 2027. That bodes very well for the longevity of Micron's pricing power and gross margin. Micron reported fantastic earnings and guidance on Wednesday. We knew the results would be very good. And yet, even with expectations being very high, Micron reported results that were far better than consensus estimates. We cover those results in this video. Micron's very strong earnings, guidance, and announcement of 16 multi-year strategic customer agreements, is very good news for NVIDIA, AI demand, and tech stocks as a whole. We are witnessing a major inflection in inference demand, and subsequently, an inflection in demand for NVIDIA's products. Most market participants have no idea what is happening right now. The current inflection in inference demand is being fueled by agentic AI and the adoption of agentic systems at scale. Jensen Huang recently appeared on the Lex Fridman podcast, and very seriously raised the possibility of NVIDIA becoming a $3 trillion revenue company in the near future. Again, most market participants have no idea what is happening right now; we are witnessing a major inflection in inference demand fueled by agentic AI and that has major implications for the growth of NVIDIA's business. I continue to be bullish on NVIDIA long-term. NVIDIA has multiple large long-term growth opportunities in front of it. Sovereign AI, enterprise AI, AI-native startups, physical AI, and quantum computing are all large long-term growth opportunities for NVIDIA. Blackwell Ultra has ramped quickly and remains in high demand. Vera Rubin is on track to launch in 2026. We're expecting NVIDIA Groq 3 LPX in the second half of 2026. Then, we're expecting Rubin Ultra in 2027. And later on, we're expecting NVIDIA's Feynman in 2028. We have a clear datacenter product roadmap extending into 2028, and Jensen Huang believes there will be $3T-$4T of global AI factory buildout annually by the end of the decade.
