Clickup is the app for the future no doubt. has the ability to perform to project manage as well as manage operations to certain extents of huge cost ERP systems and highly customizeable.. Only recommendation would be to have a feedback link where users can directly share their experiences.

@johndobbs300This is the worst project management tool I have ever used. Our work adopted/mandated this over five years ago. It's Ui and UX is so bad that many in leadership now just write in notebooks. Others have resorted to duplicating their tasks in a different more useable software. To be fair, ClickUp does seem to be attempting to improve the Ui/Ux, but that's an uphill battle now. They needed Ui/UX design at the very beginning. This is a software that would be best served starting with a blank sheet of paper and reworking from the ground up.
@bradhayes5355UI suffers same problem others do. Cluttered overwhelming UI.

@djolomamuziDo not waste your money on "CLICKUP"! Their after-sales support is atrociously bad, even with the ClickUp Enterprise edition. Both the account management and accounts department are utterly disappointing.
