Okay Clair, I see your chickens, I see you pick the eggs out, I see what's in the bowl. All of the egg yolks have different yellow intensities. Did you just debunk claims that yellower is better? Does it really matter where eggs come from?

24:17 The Following Day

24:52 A cat who wants ice cream

My maiden name of my grandmother great aunt and uncles last name was SOUCI from Quebec Canada they spoke only French until they arrived in Massachusetts at 15 16 and 17 YRS old on their own orphaned adopted by a pastor and his horrid sadistic wife they had countless children they starved and worked to death and my great aunt fled on foot with her brother and sister across Canada packed with food she had buried in jars canned items she buried in jars coins here and there over three years bits of woodland fabric she swept up threads and made threads from farm animals she had to create coats socks blankets and shawls to cover their heads she made spears and bow and arrows and her own arrow heads she learned from some of the Indian natives who taught her these skills while in the horrible care of torture of this couple.. three years later she planned during summer to make the journey she had a knife she made using a butter knife and she made cups and bowls and soap she made ... She learned about mushrooms and syrup and purifying water what leaves healed what leaves helped give energy nutrition and she even made a jar of skin balm for lips and windchapped skin she made clove oil for injuries toothaches and a needle for stitches and to fish out thorns and she learned how to set animal traps how to build shelter and dig under brush line in a den how to cover it and how to use flint and pine shaving how to set that on fire and how to launch a flaming ball of fat on the end of an arrow to deter wolves or bears ... They said only one juvenile bear no wolves no coyotes but they heard them and they could make a loud drum from their one small metal pot and their stone and by low SCREETCHING into the open side of that little pot and the animal skin bits they threw after wiping clove oil and balm set it on fire and tossing it out with their feet while SCREETCHING and banging on pot all together they also set a smouldering skunk urine on slow smoulder to deter from any predators from smelling delicious food they said they buried their food every single meal they resealed jars even new foods then buried under dirt if they killed a rabbit or a fish they ate it fast and washed away the traces on their hands or faces they came across some gold miners and those miners helped them to the railway and hid them in their duffle bags and sacks of animal skins .. the miners felt so bad for the three kids and once they reached down into Vermont

Better to use a candy thermometer..hold the custard around 170F for 5-10 minutes, you drive off more water for creamier ice cream..also use some organic dry nonfat milk powder or guar gum to help stabilize the ice cream..

Searching through YT for ice cream tutorials and came upon this. You worked at Spring? Was that Daniel Roses' restaurant in Paris? Wow. Super cool.

@kaygee8343

When you mentioned the salted caramel ice cream didn’t freeze as hard as you had expected, it made me curious, so I looked it up and, indeed, it does not freeze as hard as other ice creams, due to the presence of the salt:

“Yes, the salt in salted caramel ice cream contributes to its softer texture because salt lowers the freezing point of the ice cream, preventing it from freezing as solid as other ice cream flavors.”

I really think this channel can be so much better with voice over narration or even just silent ASMR

You tried well, but your Askarim is melting very fast and some things are commercial and if it is used, that thing will not melt because you have made this dessert. Ice cream should not melt fast. For commercial stuff Zinda Gam Goar Gam GMS should resort to such things thanks

I never considered our family ice cream as French😊 just a good old Texas way to make delicious ice cream. Nothing compares to this type of ice cream.

@mydobie130

Aeration is not the entire point of the spinning action. It also serves to agitate the mixture, which disrupts the formation of large ice crystals and ensures uniform distribution throughout.

@marcogabrielcastillo1604
@

Would it ruin the ice cream if the caramel seized and crystallized? Isn’t the only object of caramelizing the sugar in this case to get the caramel flavor?
