CHATPATE ALOO
Ingredients
Bro Too Simple But Very Nice Dishes .Pronam Bro( Tanvi)
600 gms baby potatoes, peeled
2 tbsps oil + for deep frying
Delicious recipe Chef
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp cumin seeds

Salt to taste
2 tsps crushed black peppercorns

1 tbsp tomato ketchup
¼ cup fresh mint leaves

Method
1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the potatoes till golden.
Aaj मैंने आपकी रेसिपी से यही आलू बनाए।मेरा बेटा डाइटिंग पर है ।उसने जस्ट चखने के लिए खाए।फिर पता है सर मुझे दुबारा बनाने पड़े इस रिमार्क के साथ कि इतनी टेस्टी चीज मत बनाया करो कंट्रोल नहीं हो पाता।❤❤❤❤मेरा तो ये favorite हो गया है
2. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non stick kadai and add mustard seeds. When they splutter add cumin seeds and sauté till they change colour.
3. Drain the potatoes and add to this kadai. Add salt, peppercorns, tomato ketchup and mix well.
बहुत बढ़िया है👍👍😜
4. Add mint leaves and mix. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
पूरी या पराठे के साथ अधिक अच्छा लगता है मुझे तो, एग्जाम वाले दिन स्पेशली ऐसे आलू की भुजिया बनवाया करती थी मेस मे अलग से बोल कर, ताकि देर तक भूख ना लगे और एग्जाम मे ध्यान से प्रश्न के उत्तर लिख सकूँ! सॉरी संजीव जी, ये रेसिपी आज देख रही हूँआपके चंबेल पर पर हमारे कॉलेज कि मेस मे जो खाना बनाते थे, कलाकार थे, उनको बोला हुआ था हम सबने कि एग्जाम जिस दिन होगा, सुबह का नाश्ता ऐसा हो जो दिन भर भूख ना लगने दे। उन लोगों ने ऐसा ही आलू कि भुजिया पराठा बना के खिला दिया जिससे शाम तक भूख ना लगे। सुबह के बाद सीधा रात को खाना होता था हमारा, सारा दिन तो एग्जाम हॉल और जाने आने मे ही व्यतीत हो जाता था।!
