Nice getting to know all of these. I have been so frustrated over the years I ended up building my own to-do solution. IT's got no users yet but it's progressing. If you want to look it up search for Branchify
TickTick — http://toolfinder.co/go/ticktick
Superlist — http://toolfinder.co/go/superlist
Structured is really my favorite of all of these, I also found another one that is good, simple and useful to me - Flux AI To-Do List

No ARSNOVA?
Morgen — http://toolfinder.co/go/morgen-calendar
Sunsama — http://toolfinder.co/go/sunsama

Im after a simple planner app for iOS that allows you to put a note in on a weekly/fortnightly basis that shows up straight away? The current one I use only shows up the following week once the first week has passed. 😭 help pls
LifeStack — http://toolfinder.co/go/lifestack
Timestripe — http://toolfinder.co/go/timestripe
I think the video is way too long because he has too much information. I was just looking for the right to do list now you included AI in all those tools that was for a different video. That’s how I feel. I don’t know.
Griply — http://toolfinder.co/go/griply
Routine — http://toolfinder.co/go/routine
The reason to-do apps fail isn't features. It's the 4-second tap-unlock-find-app-type loop. By the time you open it the thought is gone. I started writing tasks straight from the notification bar (one app keeps an input field pinned there permanently) and capture rate went from like 20% to 90%. Wild how much the friction was eating.

nothiq is the best

Monday - http://toolfinder.co/go/monday-dot-com
My Problem is kinda i want to have a todo thats somewhat context aware. No i do not want a reminder at 19:00 that i didnt finish my tasks at work. No i do not want the reminder to water my plants when i am 30 km away from home.
Trello - http://toolfinder.co/go/trello
Taskade - http://toolfinder.co/go/taskade
What I've realized after trying dozens of these is that the best system isn't the fanciest one, it's the one with the lowest friction to capture stuff. If it takes more than 5 seconds to add a task, you'll stop using it within a week
MeisterTask - http://toolfinder.co/go/meistertask
Jira - http://toolfinder.co/go/jira
I want an App that DOES NOT Sell Your DATA to Third Party Companies or TRACK YOU. Are there any out there that Secure Your PRIVACY???
Linear - http://toolfinder.co/go/linear
Microsoft To Do - http://toolfinder.co/go/microsoft-to-do
Could be a tldr list …
Notion - http://toolfinder.co/go/notion
FlowSavvy — http://toolfinder.co/go/flowsavvy
Solid roundup! One thing I wish more apps would do is let you create tasks by voice. Like actually understanding what you say and organizing it for you, not just a basic dictation. That would be a game changer for people who are always on the move.
Craft — http://toolfinder.co/go/craft
xTiles — http://toolfinder.co/go/x-tiles
I’ve tried a lot of productivity apps, but I always end up going back to the basics… that’s actually what led me to create my own checklist app 😅
Tweek — http://toolfinder.co/go/tweek
NotePlan — http://toolfinder.co/go/noteplan
What about Tiimo ? (vs Structured for example m)
Nirvana — http://toolfinder.co/go/nirvanahq
Twos — http://toolfinder.co/go/twos
Taskito need a mention too
Google Tasks — http://toolfinder.co/go/google-tasks
Things 3 — http://toolfinder.co/go/things-3
Microsoft To do is free and very powerful app
To Do — http://toolfinder.co/go/microsoft-to-do
Moleskine Actions — http://toolfinder.co/go/moleskine-actions
Bro I'm looking at this and all of them look as overwhelming as Path of Exile's skill tree. I just want a notepad, where I can click off something every day and it resets every 24 hours. I don't need these stats, ai bullshit to overload my brain.
Finalist — http://toolfinder.co/go/finalist
Google Keep — http://toolfinder.co/go/google-keep
Awesome video! I’ve been using Notion for a while now and it really helps with project management. It’s cool because you can make it exactly what you need. Highly recommend it!

This is such a great video. Ironically, the productivity space is flooded with apps that are specialised, esoteric, or rubbish - for many people the wrong app will reduce your effectiveness. But information is only really coming from companies trying to sell you stuff or product evangelists that have made their chosen app their whole personality. Your first point is so important - if it doesn't stick, it likely not because this type of app isn;t useful to you, but it;s the wrong one for your particular needs. So great you can directly compare for us. I understand it's difficult to give pricing in a static video, aimed at all over the world, but an improvement rough categories clearly indicated (perhaps with on-screen icons - free, cheap, mid, expensive or something). But more importantly flag subscriptions requirement clearly - understandable when they need server side activity - esp. for AI, but crazy gouging when they don't. This also implies you are stuck with any changes and if the company fails - your app becomes useless. Thanks for your efforts on this - rare to get such wide comparisons with depth.

Have you fallen out with OmniFocus? It’s been a while since you last talked about this app. I’d like to know your opinion, especially which one you prefer: OmniFocus 4 or Things 3?
@noebilibioaragones6902Thanks for this breakdown.
@therobarnauI use LunaTasks, it's great! There's also different types of workflows you can use depending on your Categories (called Area of Life in Lunatask), where I can use a workflow that works for each Area of Life. it has multiple calendar integrations (although read-only for now) but it serves me both for personal, work and freelancing.
@LeonVQZI've been using Structured for years now, never disappointed me. Developer is working hard on this one for so long and it's worth any penny!
@NeVdiiiThere's NO way I am paying these high annual fees some of these apps charge!
Please mention the price, because it is relevant.
Thanks!
Thank you so much for the shoutout. We love this a lot!
Just one quick correction though: the link in the description for Lifestack is currently pointing to another app (LifeAt) 😅
Thank you for the mention!
We are releasing Morgen version 4 very soon 👀
Tana is making really good progress.
It's a bit hard to get into, but once you do there's endless possibilities to basically build out your own system with supertags.
There are 2 types of people:
1. Those who watch videos on the best todo apps.
2. Those who get stuff done
