Yup. I would not recommend going to downtown Dallas. Some other places worth visiting are the Dallas arboretum, Northpark Mall, the Workd Aquarium, Dallas Farmers Market, Whiterock Lake, downtown Rockwall, downtown McKinney, Waters Creek in Frisco, Katy trail, Trinity Groves and ATT Stadium. Do not go to Deep Ellum is a bit shady during the day and definitely do not visit after dark. Snider plaza is also a nice little place to visit.

Great video. Especially including Fort Worth. There are some other cool neighborhoods in FW as well that are not about the Cowboy culture. Plus a great museum district. Love the face that I get to enjoy all the fun part of the metroplex.
